Product Description
The power of the pitch control system is from the nacelle control cabinet of the main control system, in the event of voltage drop or grid failure, the backup power cabinet supplies the hub control cabinet to move the blade to the safety position.
Key features:
The backup power supply for the AC pitch system consists of supercapacitors which meet the following requirements:
- The capacity of the supercapacitor cabinet module satisfies the requirement to complete at least 5 times emergency pitch under the specified load
- The capacitor module consists of capacitors connected in series and parallel, with a voltage equalization circuit between each capacitor monomer to ensure that the capacitors are not overcharged
- A pressure relief valve is installed (capacitor over-voltage or reverse polarity will cause an increase in pressure inside the capacitor)
- The supercapacitor module has voltage, temperature and other protection signals, which can be connected to the control circuit of the pitch system to monitor the status of the capacitor module in real time. In case of abnormalities the capacitor charger is disconnected and the corresponding fault is reported. The Pitch system has the ability to detect capacitor cabinet temperature, capacitor charging open circuit, capacitor overvoltage and voltage imbalance, charger fault, etc
- The charging time for the supercapacitor is less than 10 min after a complete pitch process with the rated load
- The supercapacitor modules in each pitch cabinet are selected and assembled according to the gear position, and the error of the monomer capacity in each gear position shall not exceed exceed 10F
