Product Description
SYE-36Pt is a 36 channel Pt100 acquisition module with industrial communication function developed by Shiyou Electric for the wind turbine. This module is small in size, suitable for DIN rail mounting, simple to use and reliable in performance, and it is suitable for wind power generation, petroleum, smelting and other industries that require intensive Pt100 temperature acquisition, and can be completely used to replace PLC modules.
Key features:
- Structure : the product size is designed according to the width of the terminal block, the height is referenced to the DIN rail height, the terminal block and signal board are separated from the top and the bottom, the two boards use high-density ribbon cable connection, so as to make full use of the depth direction space, in addition, the signal board adopts the plug-in design, the mechanical structure and the circuit board are quite simple.
- Interfaces : the power and signal terminals use straight PCB terminals to facilitate customer wiring, there are two options for the communication interface, a straight terminal and a DB9 plug, and the Pt100 terminal uses spring-loaded three-layer PCB terminals for high vibration resistance.
- Electromagnetic anti-interference : The filter circuit is used to eliminate common mode interference, and three independent power supplies are used to ensure stable operation of each function.
- Chip : Domestic APC3 Profibus communication chip is used.
- In terms of use : In the past, the acquisition module was installed above the cabinet, and the Pt100 incoming wires outside the cabinet needed to be transferred through the terminal inside the cabinet, while this module is designed for installation below the cabinet, and the incoming wire outside the cabinet is directly connected to this module, which is then connected to the PLC through a bus, thus eliminating the intermediate transition terminal and cable, which is more simple and environmentally friendly.
