Cleaning   cleanliness
Insufficient strength of the PV bracket can cause the upper and lower PV modules of the same
array to not be on the same plane, forming an    angle. Our company's product adopts a floating connection between the upper and lower brush rollers, which can ensure that the upper and
lower brush rollers fully fit the PV module at any time, ensuring that there will be no cleaning
dead corners.
With the popularization of large-sized PV modules, the phenomenon of PV
module warping is becoming more and more common. Other brands of
cleaning robots on the market will have large cleaning dead corners, often
requiring rework, resulting in low
efficiency and high construction costs.


Tilt correction
Equipped with a built-in tilt attitude sensor,
when the equipment tilts due to inconsistent     resistance between the upper and lower ends    during travel, the intelligent control system will automatically correct it without stopping,
without the need for manual intervention, improving work efficiency.

When the equipment tilts, it needs to be stopped and manually corrected,   which is inefficient.

Fall prevention
Equipped with an anti drop system, the machine automatically stops when it reaches the edge of  the array to prevent injury and damage from
falling.
Workers need to be highly focused on their operations and often fall.
Equipment loading &  unloading

equipment, and a long pole lifting

After analyzing the fault data of long-term use of cleaning robots by various photovoltaic cleaning  companies, the remote control operating system has the highest fault rate. Due to the control system working in high temperature and humidity environments for a long time, poor working conditions, and frequent control failures during high temperatures, it is necessary to frequently stop work and replace the maintenance control system, which far falls short of the nominal cleaning speed.
In response to this, our company's control system adopts a highly reliable and redundant design, and has undergone 72 hours of aging testing at high temperature and high humidity (60 ºC, 99% relative humidity), which shows reliable operation and extremely low failure rate.
Product characteristics

High efficiency: The cleaning travel speed is fast, up to 0.8m/s (48m/min), and the travel speed can be adjusted in five gears by the remote control according to the degree of dirt. The lowest gear can be adjusted to about 0.1m/s. It achieves maximum cleaning speed while ensuring cleanliness. The cleaning efficiency can reach up to 0.8-3.5MWp/h (dry cleaning) depending on the robot model and component specifications, especially suitable for power plants in the northwest and northern regions with frequent dry cleaning due to sandstorms. The entire machine is designed with a compact structure, a lightweight body, and easy to operate. Its cleaning efficiency can reach more than 10 times that of manual labor.
Full fit: Due to design and construction defects, photovoltaic modules often have angles between the upper and lower photovoltaic modules. Therefore, during the cleaning process, the  brush rollers of currently available photovoltaic cleaning robots
cannot fully fit the photovoltaic modules, resulting in dead
corners during cleaning and often requiring rework, as shown in the right figure:
In response to this, our company's product adopts a floating connection between the upper and lower brush rollers, which can ensure that both the upper and lower brush rollers fully adhere to the PV module, ensuring cleanliness and no dead corners.
Automatic deviation correction: During the movement of the cleaning robot, due to  inconsistent resistance and friction between the upper and lower ends, the running speed of the  upper and lower ends is often inconsistent, causing the robot to tilt severely to the left and right, and even causing the robot to be unable to move normally. At present, other PV cleaning  machines on the market require manual posture correction after shutdown, which can only  continue cleaning normally after the correction is completed, seriously affecting cleaning  efficiency. In response to this, our company has added an intelligent automatic deviation  correction system. When the inclination sensor inside the control box detects excessive  inclination of the robot, it automatically adjusts the speed of the up and down driving motors,  automatically balances, and the entire deviation correction process does not require manual  intervention, shutdown, or affect construction efficiency.
Anti drop: Both sides of the robot are equipped with induction switches, which automatically stop moving when it reaches the edge of the PV array to prevent the robot from falling and injuring people or damaging the robot.
Electric landing gear: The cleaning robot is equipped with auxiliary wheels on the electric
landing gear: When it is necessary to get on or off the robot, the landing gear is lowered by
pressing the button below the robot, and the auxiliary wheels are used to push the robot up or off the photovoltaic array. When retracting and releasing the cleaning robot, there is no need for workers to hold a top rod behind the array to assist, improving efficiency.
