System Composition
* Energy Storage Converter (PCS): A 125kW off-grid-connected bidirectional energy storage converter that connects to the 0.4KV AC bus, facilitatingthe bidirectional flow of energy.
* Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery: Comprising 3.2V / 280Ah cells arranged in a 1P 52S module, forming a 260-string 832V battery cluster, totaling approximately 233kWh.
* EMS & BMS: Conducts charge and discharge control, along with monitoring the battery SOC information of the energy storage system, adhering tosuperior scheduling instructions.
* Temperature Control System: Utilizes a 13kW liquid cooling unit for optimal thermal management of the battery system.
* Fire Protection System: Features Pack-class fire protection, employingperfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent.
System Characteristics
(1) The energy storage cabinet, a 232kWh system, employs liquid-cooled lithium iron phosphate battery packs. It incorporates a dual-layer BMS battery management system and a fully digital LCD display terminal,enabling easy on-site viewing and management.
(2) The energy storage cabinet includes a 100kW liquid-cooled energy storage converter with an extensive voltage input range. It is equippedwith power grid voltage regulation, three-phase imbalance correction, harmonic treatment, and other essential functions,ensuring optimal performance.
(3) The energy storage cabinet is meticulously engineered as an outdoor marvel, boasting an IP 65 protection level. Its highly integrated design ensures exceptional durability and functionality, making it a standout choice for industrial and commercial applications. The cabinet isseamlessly integrated with a state-of-the-art liquid cooling system, advanced lighting, robust power distribution, comprehensive fire protection, and sophisticated environmental event disposal mechanisms, along with other essential auxiliary components;
(4) The energy storage cabinet features a premium liquid cooling system coupled with cutting-edge high-performance liquid cooling technology. This ensures optimal temperature regulation,maintaining a minimal temperature variance of just 3ºC for the batteries. This innovation leads to an impressive increase in the system's energy conversion rate by over 2%, maximizing efficiency and reliability.
